The purpose of this Policy is to prevent, address, and sanction various manifestations of sexual harassment. This aligns with the provisions of Law No. 27942, the Law on the Prevention and Punishment of Sexual Harassment, and its Regulations, approved by Supreme Decree No. 014-2019-MIMP and subsequent amendments.
