Any dispute arising in relation to the content, interpretation, execution, and/or termination of these "General Terms and Conditions," the rest of the Site's content, and/or the reports or operations that Users submit or process through the Site, shall be resolved by the courts of the City of Lima, Republic of Peru.

The Site includes, among its various functionalities, links to other websites on the internet that are not owned by the Agent. The Agent assumes no responsibility for the content, handling of user information, materials, products, or services offered by any linked site.

When you browse our Website, we aim to provide a simple and beneficial experience. Automatically, after accepting the corresponding option, the Site will transfer to Users a recognition software intended to identify and store relevant User data on the access computer.
